More features added

Added to the site:
A reputation system! You can now click the little + or - in the top right hand corner of someone's post to rep them. You can rep them 3 times a day at the most.
I've also added some small Announcements that scroll across the screen on the top of the board, which you should of noticed by now.
Flood protection; you can only post once every 30 seconds.

Not sure myself. This update was only released by the hosts today so I'll let you know when I find out.

You can't see who repped you but you can see how many + reps, - reps you have received in your Profile page.
